How to use the structure of the framework to review your plans/goals
When we have a plan or goal and wish to review the progress or success of the goal, the structure of the framework - the three realms - can provide us with a simple template to organize our thoughts.
Quick Reflection Template:
Personal: Personal challenges, emotions, actions
External: Interactions, time management, significant events, changes
Awareness Acknowledgment: Reflection routine, progress made, goal relevance, future plans
