The Framework

1. Motivations and Goals
2. Emotions and Comfort Zones
3. Time
4. Foresight
5. Interaction Analysis
6. Awareness Acknowledgement
The Awareness model provides a framework for the rational development of our awareness. It has three main features:

It is divided into three realms that model different aspects of our lives. Within each realm, there are modules aimed at improving awareness within that realm. Each module and realm builds on the information and knowledge from its predecessor.
The greatest benefits are achieved by working through the model chronologically and understanding the significance of each of the three realms in relation to the six modules.

Below is a summary of each module of the framework
01
Motivations and Goals
In this section, we focus on learning and developing skills to understand what motivates us, why we set goals, and how we can achieve them. The aim is to improve self-awareness. This module represents the foundation on which our awareness skills are built.
02
Emotions and Comfort Zone
In this section, we explore two significant internal variables that may affect our personal awareness: our emotions and comfort zones. The aims are to improve awareness of our emotions and to understand how our emotions and comfort zones influence our behavior.
03
Time
In this section, we focus on developing a conscious understanding of time. The aims are to understand the importance of our perception of time and to learn skills to improve our management, understanding, and assessment of our external environment.
04
Foresight
In this section, the focus is on improving our understanding of changes in our environment. The aims are to learn how to effectively classify, prioritize, and adapt to the changes we experience.
05
Interaction Analysis
Interaction Analysis: In this section, we focus on how we as individuals interact with our environment. The aims are to boost our awareness of the things we do, learn why we are doing them, and review whether we may be able to do them differently.
06
Awareness Acknowledgement
This is the final section and the face of the model. In this section, we learn how to manage the knowledge and insights gained from awareness training. The aims are to learn how to prioritize and utilize relevant information, how to make conscious decisions about our awareness, and how to develop enduring, effective life strategies.
