Why?

So why should we spend time, money and effort on personal development? Some common cliche answers are available on motivational videos and websites across the internet. At Senschen, we emphasise pragmatism and accurate word advice, so here are the real reasons why:

1. You do it anyway: As we go through life daily, we develop simply by existing. Our experiences and our reactions to our experiences lead to our development. Engaging in personal development is less about development and more about the personal. Personalizing our development simply means taking control of our development and trying to be an active part of how we develop.

2. It provides control and purpose: Life is a gift we have all been given, and much of what we do in life is determined by our environment. The global financial system we have adopted means that making money is a purpose we must all have to gain resources and survive. Maslow then noted the basic human physiological needs. The gift of free will and choice is one which, in reality, is outside of our basic needs, following the rules of the societal structures developed for us and chasing the resources.

3. It makes you a more interesting and attractive person- Having a purpose, caring about yourself and being interested in something is something â€‹

4. Respect yourself: Greater Life Satisfaction: Personal development can lead to a more meaningful and satisfying life by aligning your actions with your values and goals. Self-care and if you care by yourself

5.. Improved Relationships: Getting on with people is hard, and being a better self makes it easier to have better relationships. The quality of relationships depends on how you are able to manage yourself and relate to others. Personal development takes care of that—more attractive person.
