Purpose:
This exercise helps us track and reflect on our feelings without using words.
Explanation:
Use a graph with the parameters of Sad and Happy on the X and Y axis, respectively. Each day, move the position of the dot to reflect your mood. The dot's position should be determined by the level of happiness and sadness you are feeling.
At first, the dot may be located at the extremes of the axis, but as you become more familiar with the process, you should be able to more accurately represent your mood with the position of the dot.
The graph helps us reflect on both positive and negative emotions. When faced with a good or bad day, we should learn to acknowledge our moods and reflect on how we cope with them.

Questions:
-
How happy am I?
-
How sad am I?
Plot:
Draw your graph with the parameters of Sad and Happy on the X and Y axis, respectively. Move the position of the dot each day to reflect your mood. Mood should be determined by the level of happiness and sadness you may be feeling. At first, the dot may find itself at the extremes of the axis, but as you become more familiar with the process, you should be able to more accurately represent your mood with the position of the dot.
You may record the date or the whole graph by taking a picture or producing your plot as part of a daily record or diary. This may be used as a tool in your reflection process.
