Interaction Analysis
Interaction Analysis is the fifth module of the Awareness framework and the final module of the External Awareness Realm.

The focus is on our external interactions and how we interact with our environment. In this module, we support learners in developing an understanding of how they interact with the people and things around them.

The vast majority of self-improvement and self-help literature focus on developing skills in this domain because most of our aims in life require us to interact effectively with the world around us.
There are a number of good resources available that teach skills to improve communication, relationships, management, influence, and leadership, so developing these skills within this module is not our primary aim.

The aims of this module are to: increase awareness of both the role interactions play in our lives and the nature of our interactions; learn about our current interaction patterns and use these to develop effective, authentic interaction strategies; appreciate the ubiquity of interactions and the factors that may help us improve control within our interactions.
