Purpose: Learn about planning for impact.
Explanation: When we make a plan, we do so to try and achieve a goal. Unfortunately, in our external environment, there are many variables which we cannot control. These uncontrollable variables may affect the success of our plans. However, an area where we do possess some control is the timing of an event.
Impact: The same plan with the same actions and actors taking place at two different times can result in vastly different results. This demonstrates the impact of timing, which should be a consideration in all plans and actions we wish to take. Below is an example of questions to consider when planning for timing:

What is the external environment in which this plan/action is taking place?
